Working Together
There are 1.6 billion youth from ten to twenty one across the globe. That is a lot of potential! What if we chose to work together to see those teenagers connected into community of Christ followers and were equipped to be disciple makers? It would change the world!
My heart is to build collaborative partnerships that equip youth to be disciple makers for personal and community transformation.
That is why I am the network coach trainer for National Network of Youth Ministries.
Youth leaders who do life and ministry together with others are more effective at reaching teenagers, model unity to their students, and last longer in ministry. Cooperation leads to a greater impact on their community. We’re better together!
That’s what NNYM is all about. All over the U.S. and around the globe, healthy ministry networks are meeting. They are communities of youth workers, students, and caring adults who unite by praying together, building relationships, developing strategies and sharing resources.

Values
- Personal discipleship
